Los guías no están permitidos hablar dentro del palacio, por lo que vuestro guía tomará el tiempo de daros mucha información y consejos antes de que entréis por vuestra cuenta.

Al poco de completar tu reserva recibirás tu billete electrónico por e-mail. Simplemente hay que imprimirlo y traerlo al tour.
¿Dónde comienza el tour?
Junto a la Columna del Duke of York en. La dirección vendrá claramente indicada en tu billete electrónico.
Por favor asegúrate de llegar al menos 15 minutos antes del comienzo.
¿Dónde acaba el tour?
El tour acaba o en el Rubens Hotel o en el St. Ermins Hotel, donde disfrutaréis vuestro Afternoon Tea.
¿Cuánto dura el tour?
El tour dura 2.5 horas.
¿Hay entradas para niños?
Sí, hay entradas para niños entre 5 y 14 años. Niños menores de 5 van gratis siempre que vayan acompañados por un adulto pagado.
Información Importante:
-El Cambio de Guardia no se llevará a cabo si hay lluvia fuerte y será reemplazado con un tour a pie extendido. Algunos domingos el cambio de guardia puede cambiar de horario y llevarse a cabo por la mañana, significando que no podremos verlo.
Lamentamos no poder acoger a visitantes en silla de ruedas o que requieran asistencia especial. Tampoco podemos acoger cochecitos de bebé en los tours.

¿En qué consiste?
You cannot visit London without taking part in some of its quintessential traditions and institutions, such as the Changing of the Guards at Buckingham Palace.
Your guide will navigate to secure you a spot with a prime view at the Changing of the Guard, after which you’ll have the rare chance to visit the inside of the royal residence: Buckingham Palace. The palace opens its doors to visitors for a limited time each year and it seems that just about everyone would like to get inside!
Guides are not allowed to speak inside the palace, so your guide will take the time to arm you with plenty of background information and advice before you set off on your own to explore the State Apartments.
